Group Operations + B2B Account Director
Established an Operations department to manage the scale and timely delivery of Sprint’s integrated campaigns, which inspired an agency-wide Ops model. Created the innovative 'Now Network' site, tracking real-time events, and serving as the cornerstone of a brand campaign that earned the agency its first Titanium & Integrated Gold Lion. Built a new Sprint retail group that scaled to produce over 400 ads weekly while maintaining high creative standards, completing the setup within eight weeks.
Account Director for Saturn
Recruited to lead the integrated advertising and marketing launches for the Saturn ION and Saturn SKY, resulting in industry recognition with a Jay Chiat Award for strategy and an Effie for advertising effectiveness.
